Apalutamide of enzalutamide bij het niet-gemetastaseerd castratieresistent prostaatcarcinoom
Zowel apalutamide als enzalutamide geeft bij de behandeling van patiënten met niet-gemetastaseerd CRPC een verlenging van ruim 2 jaar van het primaire eindpunt MFS zonder aantoonbaar effect op OS.
Op basis van de zeer beperkte toepasbaarheid voor de Nederlandse situatie van de behandelingen zoals toegepast in de SPARTAN-studie en PROSPER-studie, en het gebruik in beide studies van het primaire eindpunt MFS in een situatie waarbij bij aanvang van de behandeling geen sprake is van aangetoonde metastasen, zijn beide studies niet volgens de PASKWIL-criteria te beoordelen.
