Darolutamide toegevoegd aan androgeendeprivatietherapie bij hormoongevoelig gemetastaseerd prostaatcarcinoom

In de hier besproken ARANOTE-studie wordt bij patiënten met mHSPC na een mediane follow-up van 25,3 maanden een statistisch significant langere PFS gezien na behandeling met ADT en darolutamide dan na ADT en placebo (HR: 0,54 [95%-BI: 0,41-0,71]; p < 0,0001). De referentiebehandeling wordt beschouwd als inferieur en komt niet overeen met de Nederlandse situatie. Om deze reden is de ARANOTE-studie niet te beoordelen door cieBOM.
