Osimertinib na chemoradiotherapie bij EGFR-gemuteerd niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom

In de hier besproken LAURA-studie wordt bij patiënten met irresectabel stadium III NSCLC met een EGFR-mutatie zonder progressie na chemoradiotherapie een statistisch significant langere PFS gezien door adjuvante behandeling met osimertinib ten opzichte van placebo (HR: 0,16 [95%-BI: 0,10-0,24]; p < 0,001). De OS-data zijn immatuur. Dit resultaat voldoet aan de criteria voor een voorlopig positief advies volgens de PASKWIL2025-criteria voor curatieve behandeling. De kosten zijn hoog.
