Bevacizumab als eerstelijns behandeling van het colorectaal carcinoom

Toevoeging van bevacizumab aan een 5FU/LV-bevattend chemotherapie schema als eerstelijns behandeling van patiënten met een gemetastaseerd colorectaal carcinoom heeft meerwaarde en kan derhalve worden beschouwd als een nieuwe standaardbehandeling.
