Op basis van de huidige gerapporteerde gegevens en de besproken CRYSTAL-studie en COIN-studie is er geen aanleiding om bij patiënten met een vergevorderd KRASwt-CRC anti-EGFR-behandeling toe te voegen aan eerstelijns combinatiechemotherapie.
