Darolutamide bij het niet-gemetastaseerd castratieresistent prostaatcarcinoom
Darolutamide geeft bij de behandeling van patièˆnten met conventionele beeldvorming (botscan en CT-scan) gestadieerd niet-gemetastaseerd CRPC met PSA-verdubbelingstijd van 10 maanden of minder een uitstel van het ontstaan van macroscopische metastasen van ongeveer 2 jaar (MFS) zonder tot op heden een significant effect op OS.
Op basis van de zeer beperkte toepasbaarheid voor de Nederlandse situatie van de behandeling met darolutamide conform de ARAMIS-studie, en het gebruik van het primaire eindpunt MFS in een situatie waarbij er bij aanvang van de behandeling geen sprake is van aangetoonde metastasen, is deze studie niet volgens de PASKWIL-criteria te beoordelen.
