Docetaxel als tweedelijns chemotherapie bij niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom
Tweedelijnschemotherapie met docetaxel kan worden overwogen bij patiënten met een goede performancestatus (0-1), met stabiele ziekte of respons na eerstelijnschemotherapie, ook na eerdere behandeling met paclitaxel of bij patiënten, die goed hersteld zijn na bestraling van hersenmetastasen. Als alternatief kan herhalen van het eerstelijnsschema worden overwogen bij patiënten met een langdurige respons op een eerstelijnsschema.
