Dostarlimab toegevoegd aan chemotherapie bij het gevorderd of gerecidiveerd endometriumcarcinoom
Toevoeging van dostarlimab aan eerstelijns carboplatine en paclitaxel bij het gerecidiveerd of gevorderd (stadium III en IV) dMMR-/MSI-H-endometriumcarcinoom leidt tot een verbetering in PFS en OS ten opzichte van placebo. De OS in de ITT-groep is statistisch significant beter bij patiënten in de dostarlimabgroep vergeleken met de controlegroep en dit verschil lijkt met name gedreven door de dMMR-patiënten. Deze uitkomst voldoet aan de PASKWIL2023-criteria voor een positief advies voor studies waarbij de mediane overlevingsduur in de controlegroep langer is dan 12 maanden.
