Herbeoordeling: adjuvante therapie met gemcitabine bij curatief geopereerd pancreascarcinoom

Aangezien de CONKO-001-studie bij langere follow-up naast een significante verbetering van de DFS ook een significante winst in OS toont, is de commissie BOM van mening dat adjuvante chemotherapie met gemcitabine meerwaarde heeft bij patiënten die een in opzet curatieve operatie ondergingen in verband met pancreascarcinoom.
