Panitumumab toegevoegd aan eerstelijns of tweedelijns combinatiechemotherapie bij gemetastaseerd colorectaal carcinoom
Er is geen plaats voor toevoeging van panitumumab aan eerstelijns of tweedelijns behandeling van patiënten met gemetastaseerd CRC, aangezien de winst in PFS beperkt is en er in beide situaties geen effect wordt gezien op OS. Voor de eerstelijns behandeling werd een verbetering in PFS van 1,6 maanden behaald. Voor de tweedelijns behandeling werd een verbetering in PFS van 2 maanden behaald. De toxiciteit was aanzienlijk.
