Perioperatieve chemotherapie met FLOT bij het resectabele lokaal gevorderde adenocarcinoom van de maag of gastro-oesofageale overgang
Perioperatieve (4 preoperatieve en 4 postoperatieve) kuren van tweewekelijks FLOT en een maagoperatie met D2-lymfeklierresectie geeft bij patiënten met een resectabel lokaal gevorderd (≥ stadium IB) adenocarcinoom van de maag of de gastro-oesofageale junctie een overlevingsvoordeel van 15 maanden (mediane OS is 50 maanden versus 35 maanden in de ECF/ECX-groep; HR: 0,77 [95%-BI: 0,63-0,94], P = 0,012). Deze resultaten voldoen aan de PASKWIL-criteria voor een positief advies.
