S-1 voor lokaal gevorderd of gemetastaseerd adenocarcinoom van de maag of de gastro-oesofageale overgang
Er is geen plaats voor S-1-bevattende therapie bij patiënten met een gevorderd of gemetastaseerd maagcarcinoom. In vergelijking met de doublet cisplatine/5-FU leidt combinatiebehandeling van cisplatine/S-1 niet tot significante winst in OS dan wel PFS.
