Trabectedine in combinatie met liposomaal doxorubicine versus liposomaal doxorubicine bij de behandeling van het gerecidiveerd epitheliaal ovariumcarcinoom
Bij vrouwen met een gerecidiveerd EOC is er geen plaats voor de combinatie van trabectedine met liposomaal doxorubicine. Ten opzichte van monotherapie met liposomaal doxorubicine is de winst in PFS bescheiden en er is geen significant effect op OS.
