Liposomaal doxorubicine bij het gemetastaseerd mammacarcinoom
Het gebruik van liposomaal doxorubicine heeft geen meerwaarde boven doxorubicine. Bij een vergrote kans op cardiotoxiciteit (oudere patiënten) of reeds bestaande cardiale risico’s kan liposomaal doxorubicine als alternatief voor doxorubicine worden toegepast.
