Oxaliplatine als adjuvante behandeling bij het coloncarcinoom
Op basis van deze gegevens kan worden geconcludeerd dat oxaliplatine, in combinatie met het FOLFOX4-schema, meerwaarde heeft boven behandeling met 5FU/LV als adjuvante therapie bij patienten met coloncarcinoom stadium III.
Door de beperkte winst met deze combinatie ten opzichte van de belasting voor de patiënt komt dit regiem niet in aanmerking bij patiënten met coloncarcinoom stadium II.
