Abirateron bij gemetastaseerd castratierefractair prostaatcarcinoom zonder voorafgaande chemotherapie
Op basis van de thans beschikbare gegevens kan abiraterone voor CRPC-patiënten die geen of weinig klachten hebben en in een goede conditie verkeren (ECOG-performancestatus 0-1) niet worden geadviseerd voorafgaand aan chemotherapie.
