HER2-blokkade in combinatie met palliatieve hormonale behandeling bij vrouwen met mammacarcinoom
Bij patiënten met een HR+/HER2+-mammacarcinoom, met een indicatie voor endocriene therapie, is toevoeging van HER2-blokkade van meerwaarde, gezien de toename in clinical benefit rate en progressievrije overleving.
